*Fine print (may be sung to the tune above): 

1. All rates are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change - contact Always Akumal, Inc. for confirmation of rates and availability.

2. Tax (I.V.A) of 12% will be added to all of the above rates. 

3. Deposit of 20% of the total amount is due upon booking for Low Season and High Season weeks. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm Holiday/Premium weeks.  Payments may be made by Personal Check, Money Order or with MasterCard or VISA via PayPal (see link below to sign up for a free PayPal account).

4. Balance of amount is due 60 days prior to check-in date. 

5. Cancellations received more than 60 days from check-in date will receive credit of deposit toward another week, subject to availability, or refund (minus any PayPal fees, if applicable), if unit can be re-booked. 

6. Cancellations received 60 days or less from check-in date will forfeit deposit, unless unit can be re-booked. 

7. Weeks run from check-in on Saturday after 3:00pm to check-out on Saturday by 11:00am. 

8. Checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be assessed a $30 processing fee. 

9. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges.
